衛(wèi)生食品級(jí)不銹鋼304水管最小規(guī)格DN15的水管壁厚為0.6mm——0.8mm，允許偏差不超過(guò)公稱壁厚的±10％，焊縫要求質(zhì)量比較高，壓扁、擴(kuò)口、彎曲、拉伸試驗(yàn)性能要求很高，其試驗(yàn)水壓要求達(dá)到2.5Mpa以上。生產(chǎn)效率一般都在1.5米/分鐘，而且生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中必須要進(jìn)行在線的渦流探傷檢測(cè)，有時(shí)還必須做水壓試驗(yàn)。
304不銹鋼裝飾管的壁厚沒(méi)有明確規(guī)定，焊縫的質(zhì)量要求不高，對(duì)管材所承受的壓力也沒(méi)有明確要求，生產(chǎn)速度很快，生產(chǎn)效率能達(dá)到20米/分鐘。
采用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不同：
衛(wèi)生食品級(jí)不銹鋼304水管采用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是GB/T29038-2012《薄壁不銹鋼管道技術(shù)規(guī)范》。所含的重金屬鎳、硫、磷、鉛、6價(jià)鉻的重金屬遷移量在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之內(nèi)，長(zhǎng)期使用不會(huì)積垢、不易被細(xì)菌粘污，無(wú)須擔(dān)心水質(zhì)受影響，更能杜絕水的二次污染。
304不銹鋼裝飾管采用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是GB/T18705-2002《裝飾用焊接不銹鋼管》，不能直接與食品接觸及用作飲用水管道。
應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域不同：
